We operate a modern, dynamic fleet of commercial vehicles offering nationwide dry van and freight solutions, with a strong operational focus on the Midwest, South, and Northeast regions.

To support our continuous growth, we are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our dedicated team on-site in Pančevo, Serbia.

Job specification:

• Efficiently dispatch and manage an assigned fleet of trucks, ensuring optimal route planning, scheduling, and timely deliveries.
• Source, negotiate, and book profitable freight loads through load boards and direct broker/customer networks.
• Maintain constant communication with drivers and brokers/customers, handling check calls, load updates, and problem resolution in real-time.
• Proactively manage unexpected delays, weather issues, breakdowns, and detention times to minimize operational disruptions.
• Monitor driver performance, track fuel efficiency, tolls, and optimize empty miles to maintain operational efficiency.

Your profile:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a U.S. Dry Van dispatcher.
• Proven capability to multitask and effectively handle dispatch operations.
• High level of English proficiency (both written and spoken) with clear, professional communication.
• A resourceful mindset with strong analytical thinking, logic, and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for building strong, respectful, and lasting relationships with drivers and brokers alike.

Schedule & Shift Details:

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 14:00 – 22:00 (2 PM – 10 PM CET)
Weekend Duty: 1 weekend day on rotation
