Finance and digitalization analyst

As a Finance and digitalization analyst, you will become part of the Group Finance team at KTX Group, supporting the financial management of an international manufacturing company. Working closely with the Vice President Finance and colleagues across Germany, the USA and Mexico, you will contribute to financial reporting, business analyses and the continuous digitalization of finance processes. Your work will support executive management in making informed business decisions while helping shape the future of the finance function.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and prepare ad hoc analyses to support management decision-making
• Prepare professional reports and presentations for executive management, shareholders and financial institutions
• Support recurring management reporting, including liquidity forecasting and financial planning
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring analyses and improve finance processes
• Develop dashboards and reporting solutions to increase transparency and efficiency
• Actively use and evaluate AI-powered tools for reporting, analysis and presentation preparation
• Collaborate closely with Group Finance, Controlling and Accounting teams across international locations
• Support finance-related projects and continuous process improvement initiatives

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Informatics or a related field
• Initial professional experience in finance, controlling, audit, consulting or data analytics
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Good understanding of financial reporting, profit and loss statements, forecasting and controlling principles
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Structured, reliable and independent way of working, even under time pressure
• Strong affinity for digitalization and AI tools, with curiosity and willingness to explore new technologies
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience with ERP systems or Power BI is considered an advantage
• German language skills are a plus
