About Us
We deliver operational and technology support to international financial services providers. We build and support regulated platforms covering payments, digital banking, compliance and other financial operations.
We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager to independently manage day-to-day HR operations and support employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
- Manage recruitment and selection processes for technical and non-technical roles, from defining hiring needs and publishing job advertisements to coordinating interviews and preparing job offers
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Prepare employment contracts, annexes, decisions, certificates and other employment-related documentation
- Maintain accurate personnel files, employee records and HR databases
- Monitor probation periods, contract expiration dates, annual leave, absences and other employment-related deadlines
- Prepare and provide accurate employee data for payroll processing
- Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding day-to-day HR matters
- Support managers with performance management, employee relations and organizational changes
- Maintain and update internal HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with Serbian labour legislation
- Prepare HR reports and monitor relevant HR metrics
- Cooperate with external payroll, legal, and other professional service providers
- Review existing HR processes and propose practical improvements that contribute to better organization, faster recruitment and higher-quality candidate selection
What We’re Looking For
- University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration or a related field
- At least four years of relevant HR experience, including experience in an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or HR Manager role
- Strong working knowledge of Serbian labour legislation and HR administration
- Ability to independently manage HR operations and make sound, practical decisions
- Experience managing recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical positions
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational skills, and discretion when handling confidential information
Experience in fintech, financial services, IT or an international working environment would be considered an advantage.
