What You’ll Do
As a Recruiter, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring candidates receive an exceptional hiring and onboarding experience from first conversation through their first day.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting based on assigned positions. (blue-collars or white collars)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels
- Strong data analysis especially hiring report consolidation
- Screen and interview candidates to evaluate technical qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process
- Prepare and extend employment offers while assisting with negotiations and candidate acceptance
- Coordinate background checks, drug screens, employment verification, and pre-employment requirements
- Support new hire onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition into the organization
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Monitor recruiting metrics, hiring progress, and requisition status
- Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience recruiting in manufacturing plants or who handled mass recruiting is a plus for us
- Experience filling “hard to fill” roles
- strong data analysis skills and can do data integration and familair with relevant tools such as microsoft excel, power BI, etc.
- Better to have bilingual language skills including Serbian and English, Chinese speaking is a plus, but not a mandatory requirement.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms
- Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously
- Excellent interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills
