What You’ll Do

As an IT Support & Operations Technician, you will provide day-to-day technical support to employees and help maintain our IT equipment, systems, accounts, and internal processes. You will work closely with colleagues across the organization to resolve technical issues efficiently and ensure reliable IT operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and access-related issues reported by employees.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and access to company systems and applications.
• Prepare, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktop computers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, access management, equipment preparation, and account security.
• Maintain and support Google Workspace, Windows, macOS, and other business IT tools.
• Manage and maintain audiovisual equipment used in meeting rooms, offices, and shared spaces.
• Set up complete workstations, including computers, monitors, peripherals, cables, and other necessary equipment.
• Ensure that workstations and shared IT areas remain safe, neat, and properly organized.
• Manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle, including inventory tracking, equipment assignment, returns, storage, and accurate record-keeping.
• Maintain clear and accurate IT documentation and internal procedures.
• Cooperate and coordinate with team members to ensure effective technical support and smooth daily operations.
• Perform other IT-related and operational support tasks when required.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Practical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, computer hardware, and commonly used peripherals.
• Basic working knowledge of Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and other core services.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive, helpful, and service-oriented approach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliability and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and technologies.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in an IT support, help desk, or technical support role.
• Experience with user account and access management.
• Familiarity with IT asset and inventory management.
• Basic understanding of computer networks and information security practices.
• Experience setting up workstations and supporting audiovisual equipment.
