Location: Belgrade
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to support business users and internal teams in resolving application and system-related issues. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with business systems, and communicating with users.
What You’ll Do
- Provide application and system support to business users
- Analyze and resolve user requests within agreed timelines
- Maintain and update support documentation and ticketing systems
- Assist with application changes and system maintenance
- Perform security checks based on internal guidelines
- Train users on business applications and systems
- Support small to medium IT projects
- Work closely with other IT teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Advanced English skills
- Basic knowledge of .NET, C#, and SQL Server
- Familiarity with ITIL and basic project management
- Good MS Office skills
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
