Due to the expansion of business and improvement of the quality of services, we are looking for a new colleague.
POSITION: JUNIOR IT TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
- Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
- Identifies improvement opportunities within existing processes and systems
- Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices and check computer hardware
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong functional knowledge and understanding of CRM and data analysis
- Advanced internet skills
- Networking experience
- Understanding of hardware components
- Knowledge of VoIP protocols, standards and technologies
- B2 or higher English
- Windows environment
- Active directory managing + GPO
- Base TCP/IP and related
- PC Lab services
- Understanding computer communication networks
- Computer technician
- In-depth familiarity with the Windows operating system
- Knowledge of end devices such as printers, scanners, network cameras, etc.
- Knowledge of the ACTIVE DIRECTORY system
- Basic familiarity with CISCO / FORTIGATE communication equipment
Previous experience in this or similar positions is required
