ABOUT THE ROLE
Stellar Advisory supports real estate organisations with Yardi implementations, system optimisation, data migration, business intelligence and ongoing support. Our teams operate from Amsterdam and Novi Sad.
We are looking for a Yardi (ERP) Consultant who is interested in ERP systems and wants to develop into a Yardi specialist. You will support projects for international real estate clients and build your expertise through hands-on project work, working closely with experienced consultants.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys understanding business processes, has an interest in finance and technology, and wants to build a career in ERP consulting and support. Previous Yardi experience is not required, but curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn are essential.
Key responsibilities
- Support Yardi implementation projects alongside experienced consultants.
- Assist with mapping business processes to system functionality and configuration.
- Help configure workflows and set up lease administration.
- Support system testing by identifying, documenting and helping resolve issues.
- Assist with data migrations, including creating, testing and troubleshooting ETL data imports under the guidance of experienced consultants.
- Help prepare system documentation and end-user training materials.
- Support go-live preparation and implementation activities.
- Contribute to improvements after go-live and help investigate and resolve support tickets through our ticketing system.
Must-have mindset
You are eager to learn Yardi and willing to explore its functionality, test possible solutions and build your knowledge through hands-on experience. You take ownership of your learning and try to work through problems independently, while asking questions and seeking guidance when you get stuck.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in ERP, consulting, finance, business analysis or a similar field.
- A basic understanding of business processes, preferably related to finance or operations.
- An interest in ERP systems and technology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- The ability and motivation to learn quickly.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and spoken English.
Nice to have
- Previous experience or an internship involving ERP systems such as Yardi, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or similar.
- A basic understanding of accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), the general ledger (GL) or other financial processes.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Knowledge of real estate, property management or lease administration.
- Fluency in Dutch, Italian, Spanish, German or French.
