About the role

As a Rewards Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering Compensation & Benefits solutions that support both our people agenda and business priorities.

This is a business-facing and analytical role for someone who enjoys working with data, understanding business needs, and turning insights into practical recommendations. You will partner with HR and business leaders on compensation decisions, People Cost, rewards cycles, and benefits, while continuously looking for opportunities to simplify, improve, and evolve our Rewards agenda.

You will have ownership of key Rewards processes and the opportunity to influence how we approach compensation and benefits, rather than simply executing established processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate key Compensation & Rewards cycles, including merit increases, incentives, salary reviews, promotions, and organizational changes.
• Analyze compensation data, market benchmarks, and internal equity to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate findings into clear recommendations for HR and business stakeholders.
• Partner with HR and business leaders on compensation-related decisions, providing expertise, challenging assumptions where relevant, and helping stakeholders make informed decisions.
• Prepare and interpret People Cost and Rewards analytics to support business planning, budgeting, and decision-making.
• Own assigned employee benefit programs end-to-end, from identifying business and employee needs through sourcing, implementation, communication, vendor management, and ongoing evaluation.
• Evaluate benefits based on employee needs, utilization, competitiveness, and cost-effectiveness, and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.
• Lead or contribute to benefit tenders, vendor selection, and commercial discussions in partnership with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and HR.
• Translate complex Rewards data and topics into clear, actionable insights for different stakeholder groups.
• Drive continuous improvement of Rewards processes through simplification, standardization, automation, and digitalization, with a focus on improving both business efficiency and employee experience.
• Monitor Rewards processes and data quality, identify risks, and ensure appropriate governance and controls.
• Act as a trusted Rewards partner for HR, managers, and employees, resolving complex topics and providing practical guidance.
• Provide defined backup support for critical payroll activities when required, ensuring continuity and accuracy of Rewards-related inputs.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and capability building within the Rewards team and broader HR community.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, People Analytics, HR, Finance, or a related business-facing function.
• Experience independently owning or coordinating complex processes and translating business needs into practical solutions.
• Strong understanding of compensation principles, salary structures, internal equity, incentives, and benefits.
• Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data, with advanced Excel skills and the ability to turn analysis into clear business recommendations.
• Experience working with HRIS, reporting, or analytics tools is an advantage.
• Experience with People Cost, budgeting, financial analysis, or business planning is an advantage.
• Experience in benefits management, vendor management, sourcing, or tender processes is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build credibility and influence across different levels of the organization.
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly, challenge constructively, and adapt recommendations to different business needs.
• Strong ownership and judgement, with the ability to work independently, prioritize, and navigate ambiguity.
• Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset, with an interest in understanding the why behind the numbers and processes, not just executing them.
• Fluent in English.
