We are seeking a Senior Campaign Management Analyst to join our team and support our US-based partner company. Our partner company is a business process outsourcing  company delivering AI-governed contact center, sales, and marketing services for regulated industries.

As a Senior Campaign Management Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, building, launching, and optimizing multichannel marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on email automation and triggered customer journeys. This role serves as a subject matter expert on campaign execution, customer segmentation, data-driven targeting, and marketing automation platforms, translating business requirements into high-quality campaigns that drive engagement, loyalty, and revenue. The ideal candidate combines deep practical experience with marketing automation tools and email operations with strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills. They should be comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end – from requirements, audience selection and journey design through build, QA, deployment, performance measurement, and continuous optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, and execute multichannel marketing campaigns within marketing automation and campaign management platforms, with particular emphasis on email-based programs and automated customer journeys.
• Build and maintain triggered, event-driven, and multi-step automated campaigns, including "lights-out" communications that execute based on customer behavior, lifecycle events, eligibility, or other defined business rules.
• Own day-to-day campaign operations, including segmentation and list building, audience qualification, campaign setup, content deployment, scheduling, QA, launch, monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Translate business and client requirements into executable campaign logic, workflows, journey orchestration, test plans, and implementation requirements.
• Create and manage email campaigns, templates, landing pages, forms, form handlers, UTMs, preference centers, subscription center updates, and related digital campaign components.
• Apply email execution and deliverability best practices to protect campaign quality, customer experience, and program performance; monitor deliverability metrics and proactively address risks.
• Develop campaign segmentation and targeting approaches using customer and engagement data; partner with analytics resources as needed to improve audience quality, personalization, and response.
• Monitor campaign and journey performance, analyze results, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend changes to improve engagement, conversion, efficiency, and profitability.
• Design and support test-and-learn programs across audience, offer, content, timing, cadence, channel, and journey treatments; document results and apply learnings to future campaigns.
• Participate in and/or lead campaign requirement discussions with internal stakeholders and clients, bringing practical expertise in campaign management, automation, email strategy, and execution best practices.
• Review campaign builds and work performed by others, provide actionable feedback, and help establish standards that improve efficiency, quality, consistency, and scalability.
• Stay current on capabilities and major releases within the marketing technology stack and identify opportunities to improve campaign automation, orchestration, and operational efficiency.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, workshops, testing, training, implementation, and issue/risk management throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in campaign management, marketing automation, email marketing operations, or related work experience.
• Deep hands-on experience with marketing automation and campaign management platforms such as Brevo, Eloqua, Marketo, Adobe Campaign, Unica, or similar technologies; experience with Brevo is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience building and operating automated email programs, triggered campaigns, multi-step customer journeys, and recurring campaign processes from requirements through deployment and optimization.
• Strong understanding of email marketing operations, including segmentation, audience management, personalization, testing, scheduling, QA, deliverability, and performance measurement.
• Experience translating business requirements into campaign logic, technical execution plans, and repeatable operational processes.
• Working knowledge of HTML and responsive email design best practices; experience editing or troubleshooting email templates is strongly preferred.
• Experience with landing pages, forms, form handlers, tracking parameters/UTMs, preference centers, and subscription management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and turn findings into actionable optimization recommendations.
• Experience with database concepts and SQL is a plus, particularly where campaign audience selection, validation, or troubleshooting requires data investigation.
• Competent in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal, written communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, business stakeholders, technical teams, and campaign operations teams.
• Ability to quickly learn complex applications, troubleshoot campaign issues, identify risks, and work independently to drive solutions.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies is a plus.
