Are you eager to explore the dynamic world of Human Resources? Join our HR Team in Belgrade as an HR Intern for a period of 6 to 12 months, and gain hands-on experience in a vibrant, multicultural environment that values openness, collaboration, and continuous learning. This internship is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and discover what it means to be part of a forward-thinking organization.

Your key responsibilities will include

• Participating in the recruitment process – posting job requisitions, managing relationship with third party recruitment partner, coordinating selection processes, planning, and organizing interview schedules
• Organizing and implementing Employer Branding activities in line with Company guidelines
• Participating in the organization of various company’s events
• Providing support in Employee administration processes
• Providing support in various HR projects and being responsible for other assigned duties during the program

What are we looking for?

• University degree – recent graduate or a final year student
• Previous experience in HR would be considered as an advantage and excellent knowledge of MS Office suite
• Proven time management and organizational skills
• Proactive and dynamic individual with strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent knowledge of English language, Serbian native
