The German-Serbian Chamber of Commerce (AHK Serbia) is part of the global network of bilateral German Chambers of Commerce Abroad (AHKs). With more than 460 member companies, we are the largest bilateral business organization in Serbia. Our core mission is to promote German-Serbian economic relations. Our strategic priorities for the coming years include the green economy and sustainability, lifelong learning and dual vocational education, as well as innovation and digitalization.

This is why we need you as a Membership Experience Designer (m/f/d)

You have:

• a completed university degree in one of the following fields: economics, organizational sciences, management, communication sciences, international relations, or a comparable qualification,
• very good English skills at C1 level; knowledge of German is an advantage,
• a strong understanding of service and customer-oriented processes,
• excellent teamwork skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

• developing and implementing new membership services and activities,
• designing, organizing and implementing self-financed events for members as well as for potential members and non-members, including collecting feedback from our members and carrying out follow-up and reporting after events in order to continuously improve the membership experience of our companies,
• proactive and service-oriented communication and interaction with our member companies and clients,
• acquiring new members and maintaining long-term relationships with existing members,
• administrative recording and management of membership data,
• supporting the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, maintaining the database and working with other departments to continuously improve data quality,
• introducing new digital tools for working with members (e.g. voting systems, member app, B2B tools, etc.).

The employment contract will initially be concluded for a fixed term of two years. After this period, there is the possibility of an extension or transition to a permanent employment contract.
